At Hidden Holler Farm, we put a lot of care into everything we make—from the pasture to the packaging. We stand behind our products and want you to feel good about what you’re using on your skin. That said, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on used items.
However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if there’s a problem with the product, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
